1. General Provisions

1.1. This document constitutes a public offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) and defines the terms and conditions under which Bigtape provides online services and products via the website.

6. Liability of the Parties

7. Dispute Resolution Procedure

7.1. All disputes, claims, or disagreements arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation between the Parties.

7.2. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent court according to the laws of the United Kingdom.

7.3. Before initiating legal proceedings, the Customer must submit a written complaint to the Service Provider via email: info@bigtapeworld.site. The Service Provider shall respond within 14 (fourteen) calendar days.


8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

8.1. The Service Provider collects, processes, and stores personal data of Customers in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.

8.2. The Service Provider guarantees that personal information will not be disclosed to third parties except as required to fulfill contractual obligations or as required by law.

8.3. The Customer agrees to the processing of personal data for the purposes of order fulfillment, marketing communication (if consented), and service improvement.

8.4. The Customer may withdraw consent to the processing of personal data by sending a written notice to.


9. Other Conditions

9.1. This Agreement is a public offer and becomes effective upon the Customer’s acceptance, which occurs when the Customer completes an order, registers, or otherwise uses the website’s services.

9.2. The Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either Party in accordance with the law or by mutual agreement.

9.3. The invalidity of any clause of this Agreement does not affect the validity of its remaining provisions.
